Barry is hoping to duplicate the success of former Drexel guard Damion Lee, who left the Philadelphia school last March and transferred to Louisville. Lee led the CAA and Drexel in scoring during his junior season, averaging 21.4 points a game. Lee, a third-team All-ACC selection this past season, led the Cardinals in scoring, averaging 15.9 points a game.
“I talked with Damion about his experience at Louisville and how it went for him,” Barry said. “Obviously, he had a great season at Louisville and really turned a lot of people’s heads.”
