I have yet to make the trip to Death Valley. 2 years ago it was a death in the family that prevented me & this year me & my wife decided to buy a new home. I know what you are saying, that one is on you. Actually we were not supposed to be buying until November. I had my money for Clemson saved up for Clemson and was pumped. That is until the perfect house and situation popped up 4 months early and my down payment ended up being more. Yes I made the sacrifice but one day I will make it to Death Valley and end this streak. Just so you know I put this loss on me because of it. When it comes to sports I am superstitious even though I know it can get silly. For example, I had mowed my yard every Friday since the season started and we had won and won big. Guess what happened midway through this Fridays mow? It started raining so I only got the front mowed. Is that my fault? Do I take the blame for that or did the man above want us to lose this one to get us focused on a bigger goal? Who knows? I told you superstitions can get silly.
What wasn’t silly is the mass volume of CardNation that did make the trip. As long as we get treated nicely this will become the norm. That stands out. I cannot imagine any place that was more friendly, welcoming or nicer than South Bend. I have however been told by people who went to both that Clemson is. I trust them. Several members of CardinalSportsZone did make it down to Clemson and I wanted to share their stories collectively since they all got great traffic earlier in the week.
