Most of the top football recruits have already verbally committed to the college of their choice but a few still have not decided. One of those still undecided is wide receiver Jeff Thomas of East St. Louis (Ill). Thomas is rated by 247sports as the #7 wide receiver in this years class. With three weeks left until signing day, Thomas has visits planned to Louisville (this weekend), Miami and Tennessee. It’s widely believed that the final decision is between Louisville and Miami. It’s also believed that the thought of playing with the Heisman Trophy winner is very intriguing to Thomas.
