Hello Cards fans! As tough as this past week has been, it’s time to look at the week in Cardinal Athletics! (Side note: As tough as the week has been for our athletics program, I join with all of the CSZ family in saying that our thoughts and prayers are with Las Vegas and all the people involved in the horrible and absolutely senseless tragedy that occurred overnight on the Las Vegas Strip.)
Women’s Golf
Tied for 5th place in the Golfweek Women’s Conference Challenge, with Kristin Engle finishing highest individually with a 4-over par over the course of tournament.

Men’s Golf
7th Place in the Bearcat Invitational, with Matthias Schmidt finishing highest individually with a 8-under par.
1st Place in the Louisville Cardinal Challenge, with Erik Dulik finishing highest individually with a 7-under par.

Men’s Tennis
Our men’s tennis team managed to take home the Doubles title at the Commodore Scramble, as George Hedley and Federico Gomez defeated Vandy’s 16th ranked duo of Lachlan McPhee and Billy Rowe.

Women’s Tennis
On the final day of the Miami (OH) Invitational, the Cards managed 2 Doubles wins against Xavier and 3 Singles wins against Purdue.
