Upcoming University of Louisville Men’s Basketball Events
Wednesday, Oct. 25
ACC Operation Basketball – Ritz Carlton, Charlotte, NC
UofL Interim Head Men’s Basketball Coach David Padgett and seniors Anas Mahmoud and Quentin Snider will attend the ACC media day event, which begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs throughout the day.
Thursday, Oct. 26
Tipoff Luncheon – Louisville Downtown Marriott, noon
The 2017 University of Louisville Men’s Basketball Tipoff Luncheon, presented by Clark & Riggs Printing and WAVE3, will be staged on Thursday, Oct. 26 at the Grand Ballroom of the Louisville Downtown Marriott. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served at noon for the event, which will feature comments from UofL Interim Head Coach David Padgett and the Cardinal captains.
Friday, Oct. 27
Red-White Scrimmage – KFC Yum! Center, 7 p.m.
UofL will play its second and final public intrasquad scrimmage on Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. Scrimmage tickets, priced at $10 each, are on sale at the UofL Ticket Office, located near Gate 2 of Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium at 2800 South Floyd Street. The ticket office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tickets may also purchased by visiting Ticketmaster online at www.Ticketmaster.com, calling 1-800-745-3000 or by visiting any Ticketmaster Ticket Center, including statewide Kroger locations. Convenience fees are applied with Ticketmaster orders. Tickets are available for UofL students to each scrimmage at no charge, but must be obtained with a valid student ID in advance at the UofL ticket office.
Sunday, Oct. 29
UofL Men’s Basketball Media Day – KFC Yum! Center, 1 p.m.
Media will have an extended opportunity to speak with UofL team members and Coach David Padgett.
Monday, Oct. 30
UofL vs. Kentucky Wesleyan – KFC Yum! Center, 7 p.m.
The Cardinals will play their first game against outside competition as UofL faces Kentucky Wesleyan in its first of two exhibition games.
