LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Traffic patterns for the final two regular-season University of Louisville football home games will be impacted due to construction on Eastern Parkway.
Earlier this week, the Louisville Water Company began a main line renovation on Eastern Parkway, spanning from Interstate 65 to Crittenden Drive.
The project requires the closure of two westbound lanes from Concord Drive to I-65. In addition to the lane closures, the I-65 southbound ramp from Crittenden Drive to Eastern Parkway also will be closed.
Eastern Parkway will operate as a two-lane roadway. The existing westbound lanes will be closed. The southbound Crittenden Drive right-turn lane will be closed.
The exit traffic plan for Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium will remain the same.
Louisville faces Virginia on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and concludes its home schedule against Syracuse on Nov. 18 at 3:30 p.m.
