The University of Louisville has parted ways with associate head coach Kenny Johnson.
The release was sent moments after the institution announced freshman Brian Bowen would not be eligible to compete for or practice with the men’s basketball team.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville has parted ways with associate head men’s basketball coach Kenny Johnson, terminating his employment per the provisions in his contract. The university will have no further comment on this personnel matter.
