The Louisville football team finished off the regular season with a win over rival Kentucky on Saturday. The Cards won by a score of 44-17 to bring their record to 8-4. Louisville dominated the Wildcats and the game was never in doubt. Louisville racked up 562 yards of offense, while giving up 338 yards on defense. UK running back Benny Snell accounted for most of the offense with 211 rushing yards and 2 TD’s.
Lamar Jackson was sensational yet again, putting up 216 pass yards and 2 TD’s, along with 160 yards rushing. Senior Reggie Bonnafon had 64 rushing yards and 2 scores, while Dae Williams had 62 yards and one score. Dez Fitzpatrick and Jaylen Smith both had receiving touchdowns.

The Cards now have to wait to see which bowl they will be playing in at the end of December.
