
Adidas has come forward and asked a judge to dismiss Pitino’s case against the company. They have no new evidence, but they stand by the original findings and say that Pitino knew fully of the exchange of money to Brian Bowen’s family. It seems this is just the beginning of a very long, and ugly, battle.
