
Rick Pitino is finally down to just one lawsuit after a federal judge announced today that his case against Adidas will have to be handled in arbitration. According to the Courier Journal, judge David A. Hale of the Western District of Kentucky granted the motion. Pitino filed the lawsuit in October of 2017 claiming that the shoe company deliberately damaged his reputation. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Pitino is free to file the same claims again. You can read the Courier Journal’s full report below.
