Looking to bounce back from the loss in Bloomington, the Louisville Cardinals (6-3) host the Lipscomb Bisons (7-2) tonight at 7pm in the Yum! Center. The game will be televised on Fox Sports South and can be streamed on ESPN.
Lipscomb is led by two seniors, Garrison Matthews and Rob Marberry. Marberry leads the team in scoring with 16.9 points per game, but Matthews is right behind him with 16.7 points per game. Louisville will have to slow down one of these two tonight.
Lipscomb is a very solid team. They’ve already knocked off TCU on the road when they were ranked 18th. Their two losses both game to Belmont by 4 and 2 points. The team’s average height is only 6’4″, but that doesn’t stop the Bisons from scoring as they average 85.6 points per game.
Louisville will have its hands full tonight. If the Cards treat the Bisons like they would an ACC opponent, then I firmly believe they will take care of business. Coming off the Indiana loss, I believe we will see a hungry Cardinal team tonight. Louisville battles the whole way and pulls away late.

Louisville 80 – Lipscomb 70.
