On Wednesday afternoon, the ACC announced their season awards for softball before the beginning of the tournament in Tallahassee on Thursday. Three Cardinals were recognized during these award presentations.
Sidney Melton was named to the 2nd team All-ACC. This was her second All ACC honor in her career. She was named to the first team All-ACC last season.

Freshman Charley Butler and Rebecca Chung were named to Freshman All ACC Team. Butler had over a .400 batting average in 18 conference games. Chung provided a spark from behind the plate in her first season with the Cardinals. She recorded a school record catching four runners stealing in the 10-9 over Florida State.
