UofL C Steven Enoch, who had tested the waters of the NBA Draft, has decided to return to UofL for his final year of eligibility. Enoch’s father made the announcement on 939 the Ville’s “Middays With Marques Maybin” radio show.
Steven Enoch’s dad to @939TheVille and @Marques_Maybin: “We’re in LaGuardia right now heading back to Louisville. Looking forward to next season.”

In his 34 games of action last season, Enoch played around 19 minutes a game. In those 19 minutes a game, he averaged 9.4 points per game and 5.2 rebounds per game. He shot 52.8% from the field, 35.9% from three-point range, and 81.8% from the line. (All stats from gocards.com)
Enoch’s return means the C position can arguably be called a position of strength for this season’s team. His imposing physical presence, his obvious skill, and his experience will likely be relied upon heavily by Coach Mack. The experience is definitely key as UofL will have a much more youthful team. Enoch will likely be called upon to be a leader for the team, especially on the floor.
It’s definitely excellent news to have Steven Enoch back in the fold. This team will need an anchor down low and Enoch is definitely capable of being that anchor.
