Uniform Report: Louisville Vs. Pittsburgh

It’s a special edition of the uniform report. Louisville Men’s Basketball is going to wear a special color of uniform for Friday night’s ACC home opener against Pittsburgh. They will unveil their alternate gray uniforms.

The uniforms are a smoky gray. The jerseys have red lettering and numbers outlined in white. Louisville is written across the chest in the standard script they use on this year’s jerseys.

The shorts are solid gray and are without the stripe the red, white, and black uniforms have on the sides. There is an old English L outlined in white on one leg and a Cardinal head outlined in black on the other.

It’s fitting that they wear smoky gray uniforms after they smoked Michigan. The Cards and Panthers tip tomorrow night at 9 pm at the KFC Yum! Center. For those that can’t make it to the Yum Center, the game will air on the ACC Network.

  1. Louisville’s colors are red and black. The mascot is the red cardinal head. Use the school colors and emblem and stop the ugly disengenous uniforms.
