Lamar Jackson Named NFL MVP

Lamar Jackson is the NFL MVP for the 2019-20 season. Jackson becomes only the second player in NFL history selected by an unanimous vote.

Jackson absolutely deserved the honor. The quarterback, in his sophomore season, carved up every defense the Ravens faced. He broke ankles and turned haters into believers with every 40 yard run, every juke, every 60 yard pass. Not too bad to a Running Back, right??

Jackson enters an elite fraternity of players who have won both the Heisman Trophy and NFL MVP. The group only includes seven men; Paul Hornung, OJ Simpson, Earl Campbell, Marcus Allen, Barry Sanders, Cam Newton and now Lamar Jackson.

Lamar Jackson is the second Louisville player to earn the prestigious honor. The first being the great Johnny Unitas.

Congratulations, Lamar!! CardNation LOVES YOU!!

Check out this video the Ravens released for Lamar. He’s not only making Louisville proud, he’s making Baltimore proud.
