Kylee Shook Signs With The SIG!!!

Former starting Center of Louisville Women’s Basketball has signed on to be a part of SIG (Sports International Group, INC.)

The SIG is a full service sports agency. Their roots are in international basketball, but that hasn’t stop them from making their way into the WNBA, NBA, and the NFL.

The SIG clientele list is not as big as a few other sports agencies, but that doesn’t mean their list isn’t as impressive and well rounded. A few clients of the SIG are: Anfernee Jennings, Josh Jacobs, Nick Novak, Alex Len, Lauri Markkanen, Kayla McBride, Kia Nurse, Bria Hartley, Jonquel Jones (Bahamas), Mercedes Russell, and Brianna Turner. There are also a few familiar names to Cardinals fans such as: Sam Fuehring (overseas), Myisha Hines-Allen, and the Great Angel McCoughtry.

Kylee’s Louisville career came to an abrupt end losing to FSU in the semifinals of the ACC Tournament. Shook played in 32 games, starting 28 of them. She averaged 10.1ppg, 8.1rpg, shot 37% from beyond the arc, 76% from the free throw line, and totaled an amazing 86 blocks her senior year.

Kylee Shook had herself one heck of a final season at Louisville. She also improved her free throw percentage, rebounds, assists, blocks, and point production every year. Kylee and her senior classmates (Yacine Diop, Jazmine Jones, and Bionca Dunham) left Louisville as the winningest class in program history with 125 wins, winning percentage of .868, and the fewest losses in program history with only 19.

The list of accomplishments doesn’t stop there: Kylee was named the ACC Defensive Player Of The Year, a finalist for the Naismith Defensive Player Of The Year Award, and was Louisville’s all-time leader in block shots (223).

Kylee Shook will be missed in a Cardinals uniform, but with her signing with SIG I’m sure Louisville fans will continue to follow her career wherever she goes.
