We all know that Scott Satterfield is PUMPED about his offense, but it seems others are starting to take notice as well. The University of Louisville’s football program has landed itself in another top-25 poll. This time they come in at number 20 on the adjust AP Top 25 poll as announced by Brett McMurphy.
The Cards find themselves ahead of their rival down the road and one spot ahead of Coach Satt’s former employer App State. Four of UofL’s opponents for this season are ranked here. Notre Dame is the highest ranked at 7. Virginia Tech at 18 and Miami at 19 are ranked just ahead of the Cards. Meanwhile, Virginia checks in at the 25th spot.
Louisville doesn’t face Clemson this season due to the reshuffling of the schedule. A notable absence from this Top 25 is Florida State. They are breaking in a new coach and new scheme, but it’s not often the Seminoles are on the outside looking in.
What do you think about this ranking and the rankings of some of UofL’s opponents?
