45 – 35 – Cards Offense and the offensive line starts to hit it’s stride against a talented Miami defense. Miami’s offense stalls in the 2nd half as they are still trying to get acclimated to their new offensive scheme.

33 – 31 – When I wrote my preseason game by game predictions, I wasn’t sure how long it would take Miami’s offense to click. Turns out, not very long. However, I believe the Louisville offense is better. It comes down to the defense. Miami held UAB to 3.1 yards per rush last week but the passing defense was a little suspect. Micale could have a big day. I’m predicting a total of 65 total points scored but wouldn’t be shocked to see a 28-21 game. The difference in this one is a safety by the improved Cards D.

37– 33 – I’m thinking Miami comes out hot, Louisville goes stagnant the first couple drives and then turns it on. I think in the end, we see the Tutu Atwell show, and Cards win in a shootout!
Cards Hive
28 – 27 – Tutu gets 120 yards and a couple TDs. Etheridge gets an INT and Diaby leads the way with 2 sacks.

Miami only has 3 dbs traveling for this game. That could make for a Heisman performance by Micale. I think we will exploit those deficiencies on defense and I no longer think that this will be a close game. We normally handle Miami here at home combined with the fact that 4 years ago Lamar shredded another team from Florida that day has me thinking this will be the final score…
42-17 Louisville 350 yards passing for Micale and 3 td’s Go Cards
