Louisville Men’s Basketball had to pause after their game against WKU due to Covid. On Friday, Coach Mack had a presser announcing they were now easing back into action in anticipation of playing games again. While we received bad news due to the postponement of this Wednesday’s ACC opener NC State, we received some very good news today.

The Cards will be making up their ACC-Big 10 Challenge game against Wisconsin that was postponed due to the men’s basketball pause. The game will take place this Saturday, December 19th. It is scheduled for a noon tip and will air on ESPN2. It will take place in Madison, WI as originally scheduled.
Wisconsin will enter the game ranked 12th in both the AP and USAToday Coaches Polls. Meanwhile the Cards will enter the game ranked 22nd in the coaches poll and 23rd in the AP Poll. The Cards will be seeing their first competitive action since they defeated Western Kentucky 75-54 on December 1st. UofL will have to shake off the rust quickly in order to win this top 25 matchup.
