Week three has arrived and the Louisville football team is breaking out yet another unique uniform combo.

For the first time this season, we will see the matte black helmets with the black Card head decal. The word, “Belief,” has returned to the front of the helmet where traditionally either the name of the helmet manufacturer or the words, “The Ville,” have been. The red jerseys will be the same ones worn during the first two games. The pants are the black with a shiny red Card head decal on the outer thigh.
This will be the first time the Cards have worn this uniform combo since last year’s season opening win over WKU. Hopefully, this combo will bring another victory with it, this time against UCF.
