Calendar For Upcoming Louisville MBB Preseason Events

Louisville men’s basketball is coming soon. Preseason practice has tipped off and there are many events that will begin leading us into the 2020-2021 season.

Beginning October 12th, the lead-up begins with the ACC Tipoff which will feature Coach Chris Mack and team captains Malik Williams and Jarrod West. UofL will be featured at 11 am at the Charlotte Marriott City Center in Charlotte, NC.

The first look at Team 108 in a more structured setting than Louisville Live will take place on October 16th. That is the day of the Tip-Off Intrasquad Scrimmage. Formerly known as the red-white scrimmage, fans can go to the KFC Yum! Center to watch their team face each other in a structured scrimmage. Tickets are $10 for the public.

October 19th will be men’s basketball media day at the Planet Fitness Kueber Center. The media will have an opportunity to speak with players and coaches about the upcoming season.

UofL fans will then have their turn to listen to Coach Mack and players speak about the upcoming season. UofL Men’s Basketball Tip-Off Luncheon will be held on October 20th at the Galt House. Tickets for that event will be $50 and their will be lunch served to those attending at noon that day.

Finally, on October 29th, the public will get their first official look at the team against another team. Kentucky State will face off against the Cards in the first of two exhibition games for the Cards.

The season is definitely just around the corner. The media days, the luncheons, and the scrimmages are just days away. A lot is expected of Team 108 and they will hopefully live up to the expectations. Now, you have the timeline of the preseason. Below, you can read UofL’s press release for more details about each event as well as ways to purchase tickets for ticketed events:
