Most of Rodgers’ offensive damage comes from the hustle points. He excels at jumping passing lanes and crashing the boards for second chance opportunities.
Kobe doesn’t need to be the primary ball-handler to make an impact on the floor. The junior ranked in the 98th percentile in catch & shoot opportunities.
He doesn’t shoot at a high volume, but it comes with great efficiency. Rodgers shot 45% from three on the season while limiting his attempts to 40.
Rodgers makes sure to go with the flow of the game while making his ultimate impact on the defensive side of the ball.
Kobe Rodgers joins fellow Charleston teammates sophomore James Scott and senior Reyne Smith, alongside sophomore Koren Johnson and seniors Terrence Edwards Jr., Chucky Hepburn. J’Vonne Hadley, Aboubacar Traore, and Aly Khalifa.
Rodgers will redshirt along with Aly Khalifa for the 2024-25 season and rehab their respective injuries.
