On Wednesday afternoon Louisville Men’s Basketball held their annual media day on campus at the Planet Fitness Kueber Center. Coach Pat Kelaey addressed the media and took questions. CSZ’s own Blake McCauley and Terrence Jennings asked the 2025-2026 squad some interesting questions while photo intern, Aiden Nunn and I, snapped a few images of the day.
If there is one thing I took away from the day it’s the fact that coach PK and the team are very confident going into the season and they welcome the challenge of the tough non conference schedule. Ryan Conwell told me he prefers to play the tougher games rather than playing several division two games to get the season started. He said sometimes when you think you should win easy, you tend to lose focus and we want to be as sharp as we can be. It was clear to me that this team wants to win very badly.
