The Cards kick off their season FOUR WEEKS FROM TODAY! It can not get here soon enough for me. With that being said, the month of August has some important dates for you to keep in mind when it comes to the upcoming season.
Tuesday August 6 and Wednesday August 7: Practices will be open to the public. Both practices begin at 5:15 pm and last for about 2 hours.
Tuesday August 13: Annual Kickoff Luncheon at the Downtown Mariott. This event is sold out, but you will get to hear a lengthy speech from Coach Strong.
Wednesday August 14: UofL Football Media Day. This is not open to the public, but obviously you will get to hear comments from Coach Strong and some of the players. CSZ will be on hand to bring you all of the action.
Sunday August 18: Fan Day at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium from Noon-2:30. More details to come, but usually fans can bring up to 2 items to be signed by the players and coaches.
