At today’s press conference, Coach Charlie Strong mentioned that there are two incoming freshmen that are still not on campus, and they are Chucky Williams and Donel Elam. From what it sounds like, Williams is still working towards taking care of business to get here, but Elam likely will not be apart of this class.
Chucky Williams is an athlete/safety from Hialeah, FL. Rivals and Scout rate him as a 3*, while ESPN has him as a 4*. He also had offers from South Carolina, Clemson, Arkansas, Mississippi St., Nebraska, West Virginia, Texas Tech, Rutgers, USF, Boston College, Vanderbilt, Illinois, Purdue, and more.
Donel Elam is a safety out of Orange Park, FL. He has the same ratings as Williams, 3* on Rivals and Scout and a 4* on ESPN. He also had offers from South Carolina, WVU, and Pittsburgh.
