Cards fans will have a chance to see future Louisville QB Reggie Bonnafon play on TV in the opening game for Trinity High School. They will host Nashville (Tenn) Ensworth is at 8 pm this Friday and will be televised on ESPNU! USA Today has ranked Trinity as the #2 team in the nation, and Ensworth is ranked 18th in that same poll.
Trinity has won three straight Class 6-A state championships. Ensworth went 13-0 last season and won their third straight Division II-AA state championship.
In last week’s 48-21 victory over Fort Thomas Highlands in a scrimmage, Bonnafon completed 22-28 passes for 377 yards and 4 touchdowns.
