MORE NOTES

-The Bobcats were picked to win the Mid-American Conference East Division crown for the second consecutive season.
-Ohio enters the 2013 campaign after posting its second-consecutive bowl victory in the 2012 Advocare V100 Independence Bowl.
-The Bobcats will look to become bowl eligible for the sixth time in the last eight years.
-The Bobcats will also be in search of their fourth MAC East title under the direction of head coach Frank Solich.
-Ohio returns 16 starters from last year’s squad, including senior running back Beau Blankenship, who rushed for a single season school record 1,604 yards.
-Quarterback Tyler Tettleton also returns for his senior season after he passed for 2,844 yards, 18 touchdowns and had just four interceptions. He became the first Ohio signal-caller to throw for 2,500 yards in back-to-back seasons.
