The Cards have just gotten their first basketball commit for the 2015 class! Deng Adel, the 6’7 small forward, has pledged his commitment according to Evan Daniels.
Deng Adel, a five-star wing, just verbally committed to Louisville, per a source.

Deng Adel is an impressive wing athlete. Scores attacking the rim and can make jump shots. Adel is ranked No. 18 in the 2015 class.

Although this is not a big surprise, it is a huge pickup for Coach Pitino and the Cards. Even when you think someone is a “lock” to commit, you still never know. This means the 2015 class is off to a great start.
Adel is rated as a 5-star player on 247 Sports and Scout, and is a 4-star player on ESPN and Rivals.
247 Sports ranks him as the 6th best small forward in the country. I will say it again, this is a great start to the 2015 recruiting class for the Cards!
