Former 4-star QB might transfer to Louisville
Redshirt freshman Tyler Bruggman has decided to transfer from Washington State, and it looks like the Louisville Cardinals could be the landing spot for the former 4-star QB (ESPN, Rivals, and Scout) from Phoenix, Arizona.
He was given his release to transfer to Arkansas, Duke, Louisville, or Indiana. Of those four, Louisville is the only school that did not offer him out of high school. According to this post on cougcenter.com, Bruggman was set to compete for the backup spot this season and then possibly spend the next 3 seasons as the starter.
From the sounds of things, Louisville may actually be the favorite to land Bruggman. We will keep you posted as this develops.
