Former Louisville running back Senorise Perry, who is now with the Chicago Bears, had an interesting tweet on Tuesday night. He wished Corvin Lamb luck with his surgery. We know that Lamb left the Clemson game with a lower body injury, but that was all that was really said. At least to my knowledge (at 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning), it hasn’t been said what exactly happened to Lamb.
Prayers up for a safe surgery @lamb_mh ! One love brodie!

Lamb had a kickoff return for a touchdown in the season opener against Miami, but hasn’t been much more than a special teams player this season. For someone who is supposed to be the fastest player on the team, you would expect to see him on the field more. He is apart of a crowded backfield, but I am surprised we haven’t seen more screens or swing passes to get him the ball in open space.
Lamb tore his ACL during the opening game of the 2013 season. Hopefully this injury isn’t as serious as that, but we will see.
