The Louisville Cardinals have just gotten a commitment from Ryan McMahon, a 6’1 shooting guard from Sarasota, Florida. Less than an hour ago, I posted a quick story about him as a “recruit to watch,” so there isn’t much more to add to that. Click the link to see more information about McMahon.
He is the 4th member of the 2015 class, joining Donovan Mitchell, Deng Adel, and Raymond Spalding.
He looks like he’s 12 years old, what a strange signing for a coach like pitino unless he’s a recruited walk-on.
Hes gunna be an off-the-bench scorer like Anton Gill was supposed to be when he was recruted. He will most likely be Snider’s backup next season and hopefully fill some of the scoring void that will open up after this season. All of the “Core Four” as people are calling it will be gone after this year and thats like 85% of our scoring. Pitino is a great coach and he hasn’t really done us wrong yet so I trust him.
