In NBA Summer League action on Tuesday afternoon, Russ Smith faced off against Peyton Siva. Russ and the Grizzlies got the better end of the matchup, as Russ went off for 20 points, including the game winning shot in sudden death.
Russ finished with 20 points on 9-12 shooting and was 2-3 from the three point line. He also had 3 assists, 3 rebounds, 3 steals, and 1 turnover.
Peyton Siva, playing with the Orlando Magic, finished with 7 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, and 6 turnovers. He was 2-7 from the field and, 0-4 from three, and 3-3 from the foul line.
