Well Will Gardner received his release papers from Coach Petrino. Now he’s in the process of finding a new home for next year.
Gardner entered the 2014 season as the starter for the Cards, but his third knee injury late in the season was just too much for him to overcome for 2015 when it came to getting back into the QB race.
As the primary starter in 2014, Gardner threw for 1,669 yards with 12 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
