“365 days ago I was watching All-Star in my dorm room. And now my teammates are texting me ideas on what to do in the dunk contest. It’s been a whirlwind. I’m truly blessed and truly honored.” – Donovan Mitchell
Donovan Mitchell was selected 13th overall by the Utah Jazz in the 2017 NBA Draft. Now, he has been selected to play in the Rising Stars Game presented by Mountain Dew Kickstart and the NBA All-Star Dunk Contest all while participating in community events throughout the break as well. The Jazz are currently on a 10 game winning streak – with a big thanks to Donovan. While Donovan maintains his pace to be Rookie of the Year in the NBA, his biggest goal is to make the playoffs with his teammates. You can read the full interview with The Crossover below.
