The day before the NBA Dunk Contest, the Utah Jazz called and offered to pay for Darrell Griffith to come out and watch. While Dr. Dunkenstein couldn’t accept because it was so short notice, he was shocked to see that Donovan Mitchell was wearing his jersey during the contest. It made his evening.
