After entering his name in the transfer portal about 2 weeks ago, Sophomore Robert Hicks has withdrawn his name and will remain a Cardinal.
It’s unclear why he initially entered the portal but popular opinion is that he didn’t like being moved from linebacker to defensive end.
In my opinion, this is huge for the defense. The former 4* recruit could be counted on to be a major contributor and quite possibly a starter.
