Mack Family Foundation Announces Second Annual (Virtual) Sneaker Ball

Mack Family Foundation

The second annual Mack Family Foundation Sneaker Ball is going virtual this year! As we all know, the Coronavirus has forced us all to seek each other’s company virtually. This year’s ball is no different.

The good news is, those who by tickets will get exclusive virtual access, some awesome swag, and dinner from a certain well-known steakhouse. Oh, and let’s not forget you will help fund Coach Mack’s Corners in schools all across Louisville.

The event is scheduled for October 1st. So, if you want to hang out virtually with Coach Mack and others, purchase a ticket and enjoy the fun.

To read more details about the event, check out the press release from the Mack Family Foundation below.

Press Release from the Mack Family Foundation:

Join Louisville Cardinal’s Men’s Basketball Head Coach Chris Mack and his wife Christi as they host their second annual Mack Family Foundation Sneaker Ball Charity Event on Thursday, October 1st from your home!

Out of concern for the safety of our guests we will be hosting the event this year completely virtual. This ticket package will include virtual access to the event, autographed SWAG, and a world class dinner from Jeff Ruby’s and wine.

Proceeds from this event will support the installation of more Coach Mack’s Corners throughout Louisville Elementary Schools. Coach Mack’s Corners are the signature community outreach program of the Mack Family Foundation and provide state-of-the-art reading spaces to K-6th grade students. The Foundation renovates an unused classroom or space within the school and turns in into a reading oasis, complete with  extensive shelving, comfortable seating, exciting University of Louisville basketball-themed wall graphics, subscriptions to children’s magazines and more than 1000 age-appropriate books.
