Louisville men’s basketball walloped visiting Southland Conference foe Southeastern Louisiana this evening 86-60. For the second game in a row, Malik Williams led UofL in scoring with 15 points and added 10 rebounds. Matt Cross chipped in 13 points as did El Ellis. Mason Faulkner added 12 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.
After the game, Head Coach Chris Mack, Faulkner, and Ellis spoke with the media. The discussed the team’s emphasis on getting the ball in the paint, scoring in the paint, drawing fouls, and the offensive performance being much better than the last couple of games, among other topics.
