The 6’6 200 lbs Glenn chose Louisville over offers from Tennessee, Arizona State, Indiana, Cincinnati, and West Virginia, among others. He’s rated the 65th-best overall prospect and 14th-best at his SF position by 247sports composite rankings.
Glenn actually committed to former coach Chris Mack. When new head coach Kenny Payne was hired, he made sure to let Glenn know he still wanted the young man to play in Cardinal red and black. Glenn remained firm in his commitment and will now suit up to play for his hometown team.

A highly athletic and tough player, Glenn has been developing his skills more and more. His shooting is coming around nicely and he is a player who can handle the ball, drive to score, and drive to dish. He’s an excellent rebounder and his dunking ability definitely fits with Coach Payne’s want to bring back the “Doctor’s of Dunk” style that was once the hallmark of Louisville men’s basketball.
Kaleb Glenn was a must keep for Coach Kenny Payne for 2023 and he did it. It’s wonderful to have a 6’6 player with guard-like ability, athleticism, and toughness. It’s plainly obvious Coach Kenny Payne has a certain type of player he likes and Glenn fits the mold. Louisville’s future is bright because a native Louisvillian and big time baller has chosen officially to help resurrect our proud program to glory.
