On Thursday afternoon, the Louisville men’s basketball team went a little old school with their workout. They pushed RVs around the parking lot of Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium! I don’t know about you, but this instantly made me think of Rocky Balboa. I like to think that I’m not the only person that yells out…

Check out this video done by BallIsLife.com of Montrezl Harrell and Anton Gill getting some work in back in their home state of North Carolina. Now I know they aren’t exactly going up against Duke or North Carolina players in this video, but there are still things you can be impressed with. The adjustment from…

On July 1, 2014, the University of Louisville will enter a new era as they will officially enter the ACC. There will be plenty of change around the different programs, and a certain change will be plenty of new logos around campus that show “ACC.” With all the change that is to come, we here…

The band Phish has a song on their upcoming album that was inspired by a game involving the Louisville Cardinals men’s basketball team. It is called “The Line” and it is dedicated to Darius Washington Jr. Yes you read that right. Nearly ten years later, there is a song that came from that moment. Will…

Another great video from JMBV. This one is the latest mixtape of 5-star shooting guard Antonio Blakeney. He is a big time target for Louisville in the 2015 class.
Two big time targets for Louisville’s 2015 recruiting class squared off this past weekend at the EYBL in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A couple of five-star shooting guards, Isaiah Briscoe and Antonio Blakeney went head to head, and our guy Justin from JMBV was there to capture all the action and he put together this mixtape. It…
The NBA has announced its All-Rookie teams, and Gorgui Dieng was able to make it on the Second Team. Early in the season, this probably sounded crazy. He didn’t start getting meaningful minutes until the last couple of months after Nikola Pekovic got injured for the Timberwolves. Gorgui made the most of his playing time,…

If there is one WNBA team that the city of Louisville can follow and root for, it’s definitely the Atlanta Dream. After all, they do have two of the best UofL women’s basketball players of all time on their team: Angel McCoughtry and now Shoni Schimmel. In the season opener Friday night, they led the…
Russ Smith talked with Seth Davis today at the NBA Combine. He talks about what kind of player he is, things he showed at Louisville, and how he has grown as a person. What confuses me is that of all the highlights they could show of Russ Smith, they chose the Red-White scrimmages? Ok then!
This is my second day off of only two days in the past 4 months. I’m trying to recover from what the hell I just experienced. I took a leap over Christmas ‘break’ when I saw an ad for the Derby Festival looking for an intern for the 2014 season and completed my junior year…

On Friday night, Russ Smith sent out some tweets that were very unfortunate to see. He had sent his National Championship jersey to his dad in a frame. The frame was cracked, so they had to send it back, with the jersey inside. According to this article on Wave3.com, the jersey was marked “yes” to…
