Elite 4 Star QB Lamar Jackson (2015) announced via Twitter that he will be a Louisville Cardinal.

Jackson chose the Cards over offers from Auburn, Clemson, FSU, Ohio St., South Carolina, and Georgia. Rated as a duel threat QB Jackson passed for 1,740 yards and 25 TD’s while rushing for 1,401 yards and 16 TDs last season. Louisville assistant Lamar Thomas was the point man on landing Jackson.

Lamar Jackson has been a hot name on the recruiting trail as of late and plans on making an impression early. Jackson’s Coach told Steve Jones of the Courier Journal, “I don’t know what Louisville has as far as quarterbacks (returning in 2015),” the coach said. “All I can tell you is they better be real, real good. Because if not, you’re going to see a freshman quarterback.” Can’t wait to see this kid in PJCS! Follow Lamar Jackson on Twitter @Tito_LJackson
