ESPN.com’s Jared Shanker posted his top 10 ACC games that they (I assume the ACC bloggers with ESPN) are most looking forward to in 2015. Of the 10 games, the Louisville Cardinals are playing in two of those: the season opener against the Auburn Tigers and the home matchup against the Clemson Tigers. Needless to say, the early season could be exciting for the Cards. Here is what he had to say about those two games.

Louisville vs. Auburn, Sept. 5 (Georgia Dome)

Auburn could be the SEC’s best team in 2015, and what a statement it would be for the ACC to have a rebuilding Louisville team — 10 players were drafted earlier this month — knock off the potential SEC West champion.

Clemson at Louisville, Sept. 17

The ACC Atlantic Division could come down to a Thursday night in September. With Florida State looking vulnerable, will the Tigers or Cardinals step up to win the division? The winner of this game sits in great early position.

We will have PLENTY of coverage leading up to that incredible season opener on September 5. It’s just good to see that others are already taking notice of the game as well.

*Don’t forget, Cardinal Sports Zone will be hitting the airwaves on 93.9 The Ville beginning on June 20! The show will be on Saturday mornings from 10-11 a.m..

Go Cards! Beat the Tigers…ALL of the Tigers! And Go Krogering!
