As you probably know by now, former Louisville Cardinals football player Pete Nochta has been diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. Friends, family, and strangers have been nothing short of excellent to this point with donations to Nochta and his family to help cover the medical expenses that come with the treatment of something like this. As I am typing this, the gofundme page for Nochta shows $36,400 in donations…in 5 days! That is incredible.
Next Friday, you have the opportunity to help even more. Just by going out for dinner and/or drinks, you can be apart of this wonderful cause. Brownies “the shed” Grille & Bar is giving you a great chance to help Nochta and his family. Just read the flyer. ALL proceeds go towards covering medical expenses. So you can go out for a normal night of Friday fun at Brownie’s (near PF Changs on Shelbyville Road) and also help Pete Nochta. It is a win-win.
