About a week ago, Louisville freshman Terry Rozier confessed that he has a fear of squirrels. That may have been the wrong thing to admit in this cruel and crazy world that we call College Basketball where fans are just ruthless. The fans at SMU have learned this about Rozier, and they plan to remind…
The only words for this are: don’t ever touch the rails at Rupp Arena again…

Photo by Tim Girton/Louisville.com Vegas knows, right? They did have Charlie Strong as the 2-1 favorite to be the next head coach at Texas. I have to say that when I first heard that, I laughed and thought it was crazy. If you ever keep up with odds and spreads on games, you will be…
Here is the bracket for the women’s basketball American Athletic Conference Tournament. It will be held March 7-10 in (you guessed it) Connecticut. It will be at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
This week…..on 55….. I have decided instead of searching for different pics of the number 55, I would make this the official pic of 55 week in and week out. I would be up to viewer suggested pics also. If you see a pic that you would want included just private message it to me and…
That is the closest you will ever see me get to putting up anything with the word kentucky when referencing the basketball team. I despise them with all that I am but I also won’t sit here and slander them. Unlike some in this city, I really am not cut like that. (Sorry Charlie) I…

ESPN.com’s Myron Medcalf posted an article today about the Louisville men’s basketball team and how it has been tough to replace the leadership of Peyton Siva and Gorgui Dieng, as well as the loss of Chane Behanan. Here is Joe Lunardi’s latest men’s basketball Bracketology.
When this season started, I think fans had expectations that Mangok Mathiang would come right in and fill the void left by Gorgui Dieng. Yes he is tall, from another country, and is built very similar to Dieng. But there is something people were not thinking about: they are NOT the same person….

Pat Forde is one of my favorite journalists of all time. I read the Forde Yard dash regularly and enjoyed it almost every time. Something got in his crawl today and the only thing I can say is *Mic Drop*. I am not sure why this has happened but it has happened. I myself do not…
Russ Smith is steadily climbing up the record books at UofL in a few different categories. He is currently 8th in total points, and could climb a couple more spots before the season is over. He is also threatening to take the career steals record from Peyton Siva. Here are some of the updated lists…
Chris Jones has been getting a lot of heat on social media about the Memphis game, and probably rightfully so. He didn’t play very well and he forced the issue, a LOT. He took bad shots, drove 1 on 3, and dribbled too much trying to create on his own. But he isn’t the only…
It has been almost a full day since the “Meltdown in Memphis” (just came up with that one) so I have had time to gather my thoughts about the game. Actually I pretty much knew soon after it ended how I felt. It was very frustrating to watch the end and how that unfolded, yet…
