With any big time football program, you will come across situations where a recruit will decommit when recruits of a higher caliber decide to commit to the same program, and Louisville is no exception. Last night, 3 star outside linebacker Jabreel Stephens decided to explore other opportunities with his recruitment and decommited from the University of Louisville.
