Louisville at Boston College: Postgame Recap

Despite missing A.J. Dillon, Boston College was able to run through the visiting Cardinals to a final score of 38-20.

Louisville started slowly, seeing the Golden Eagles jump out to a 14-0 lead. Two BC fumbles aided the Cardinals 20-0 scoring run and that was about it for Louisville. Louisville led 20-14 and although two of those scores were essentially gifted, it appeared as though the Cards had figured some things out. Until Mason King’s punt was blocked by what was seemingly 5 different BC players and recovered by BC for a touchdown. After that, Louisville never threatened to make it a game.

Up next: Louisville has a bye week. Now, when Bobby is asked about preparations for the Wake Forest game, he’ll be able to say they had TWO good weeks of practice instead of one. Let’s see if it makes a difference.
