Fort Pierce, FL 4 star linebacker Sharieff Rhaheed recently updated CSZ on his recruitment. Rhaheed is the former LSU commit that has now opened his recruitment back up. In case you missed his last interview with us about 2 weeks ago, check that out here.
Although Rhaheed does not have an official list, he did say that his leader is Alabama, and that Louisville is 2nd. Not long ago, people were saying that Louisville was his favorite. So do the Cards have a chance to still land him instead of the Crimson Tide? “Yes it’s closer than you think,” Rhaheed told CSZ.
He plans to visit Arkansas next week and just wants to cut his overall list down a little bit. Don’t expect a decision anytime soon though. Rhaheed says he plans to wait until “some time after the season” to decide.
Current UofL commit Rashawn Shaw is a high school teammate of Rhaheed, so we will see if that plays any role. In the last interview that is posted in that link, he did tell us that Shaw was recruiting him pretty hard to join him at Louisville.
