This past football season was one like any other that I have ever witnessed. It started with very low expectations and ended in a bowl game. It was a very enjoyable ride for every Cardinal fan. It was also very enjoyable for the team.
So I wanted to do a little different kind of interview with several players who had played their last game in a Cardinal uniform. Every other Exit Interview that I have conducted in the past was done with players that were transferring from the program. Those interviews were mainly to find out the thought process that lead to the decision to transfer as well as relive a few good memories.
These Exit Interviews were conducted with players who will no longer wear a Cardinal uniform, not because they wanted out of the program but because they used up all their eligibility (Besides Becton). I wanted to get them to tell me about some of their opinions, memories and feelings while they are still fresh in their minds. As a fan myself, I find these type of interviews interesting and thought you guys might like them too.
I hope you enjoyed these as much as I did. Here are all seven interviews for you to enjoy again or in case you missed one over the past two months…
As Always, GO CARDS!
