The Louisville Cardinals will begin the 2015 college football season unranked, and that is just fine by me. Gone are the days where we would look at the schedule and maybe see one ranked opponent that we just absolutely HAD to beat to have any good wins. Now in the ACC, and with a pretty…
On today’s show, we talked about who we would each WANT as the starting QB for Louisville this season. Not who we think it will be, but our preference. I give a terrible answer, but pick somebody in the end. Perrin Johnson joined us, which was a treat. We had our most callers we have…
I know it is late in the day but I had to share some Friday things with you guys and I just got control of the computer from the wife (she takes her RN test again tomorrow, wish her luck). You know what they say, if first you don’t succeed, please pass this time because it is…

Our friends started calling this tournament the “Charlie George Invitational” or CGI, as I have helped lead the tournament each year. For the past four years, participants of the tournament have donated towards…
If you caught Rick Pitino’s latest blog on Tuesday, you saw that the head coach dropped some pretty cool information about possibly adding some J.V. games to the schedule. We are working on playing 10 J.V. games this year. Some will be played at the Yum! Center on game day. It will give guys like…

David Burns is a big UofL fan just like the rest of us. I coach his son, Dawson, in basketball at Holy Cross High School. David, Dawson, and Whitney (David’s youngest girl) went down to Puerto Rico for a few days to watch the Cards in action. But while you are there, you have to…
According to Scout.com, quarterback Tyler Ferguson will be transferring from the University of Louisville. Ferguson is the former Penn State QB that transferred to Louisville, sat out last season, and was eligible to play this season. At 6’4 and 225 lbs, and with a big arm, Ferguson has great size for the position.
Things are really beginning to heat up in UofL sports and we squeeze all of it that we can into our 1-hour show on 93.9 The Ville! If you missed it today, you can click the soundcloud link below and check it out. We spent about half the time on basketball and half on football….

Step your game up people. If this isn’t how you look at the end of Louisville wins this year, it is time to reevaluate. This is strength and conditioning coach Ray Ganong after the Cards knocked off Puerto Rico on Friday night.
We are pleased to announce CSZ entering into a partnership with BirdGang Brand Clothing. Part-Owner and CFO Danny Mosby and I were teammates on the University of Louisville football team and next door neighbors at Miller Hall on campus. When you want to do business and succeed, who better to go into business with than…
It was a rough night for the Cards, who dropped both games to Puerto Rico again. The rough part was in the second game, where the Cards lost 96-62. Here are the box scores from each.

There should definitely be more use of UofL’s Youtube channel when it comes to stuff like this.
You will have to excuse Drew Deener and his use of technology. The audio alone is worth it, though. Coach Pitino and the Cards welcomed the fans to Puerto Rico, and the coach had nothing but good things to say about the team. We know Ricky P speaks in hyperbole, but he may have outdone…

About a week and a half ago, I was told that there was going to be some news coming out soon about Auburn’s best wide receiver, 6’2 senior Duke Williams. Now that it is starting to get out, I can go ahead and pass along what others are saying. Williams practiced the first three days…
