My goal here is to make sure we do not post every single rumor that is out there, that is not what we are about. But it is also important to keep you posted on the things that we are hearing that are credible. So that is what we will do. Like I have said…

That is all…..
In a very unscientific poll, we asked you who your favorite UofL QB of all time is.There was a clear winner, and that really is not a surprise. I personally feel that if we reached more of the fanbase, the others would have gotten more votes than they did. Since most of these votes probably…
In earlier’s post where we brought you up to speed on the Charlie Strong-Texas saga, I mentioned that it is likely down to Strong and Baylor’s Art Briles for the job. Now a new name is in the mix. There could actually be plenty of other names in there, but not that are really known….
We now know what two more football Cards plan to do for next season. DeVante Parker will return to UofL, and Damian Copeland will enter the 2014 NFL Draft. Parker tweeted this earlier this afternoon, confirming what most of us suspected, that he would come back. He finished this season with 55 receptions…
If you are on twitter a lot during your day, you have probably been keeping up with everything going on with Charlie Strong and the Texas job opening. So you will probably know all of this. However we know that a lot of readers either are not on social media or just do not keep…

He is projected as the #1 overall pick according to ESPN’s Todd McShay. He threw for 3,970 yards this season with 31 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions. The Houston Texans have the…
Regardless of what class of football you play in, if you are the Player of the Year in high school football in Florida, you are doing something right. Louisville commit Isaiah Ford was named the Class 3A Player of the Year and is a finalist for Mr. Football for the whole state. There are 8…
Photo from @UrKillinMePetey On Sunday night it was learned that Lorenzo Mauldin and Dominique Brown will return to UofL next season. There are some other juniors that still need to make that decision, and one of them is DeVante Parker. With this tweet, is he dropping a major hint on what his plans are??? https://twitter.com/TalentedYoung9/status/417864991270637568…

One of the reasons that this game is so big for Louisville is the location. To have a bowl game in Florida is awesome when you recruit that state so much. You can have recruits come watch your team in person without having to bring them up for an official visit. So it is like…
Another great video that “upfromtheashes” has uploaded on youtube is the full game from 2006 when the Cards dominated Miami in Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium. Enjoy!
From HurricaneSports.com on 12/13/13: Opening statement… “We were on the road all week, and we’re excited to be out on the field tonight and again tomorrow for the last two open practices, and then we’ll great into our preparation for Louisville and the Russell Athletic Bowl. I missed an opportunity to visit since the bowl…
So remember the Miami fan who said Miami was comin’ for Louisville? He reminded you a few times that they were comin’. Well, he is at it again. This one isn’t as entertaining. But just figured it would make you feel better about how you spend your time. Ski mask? Click here to see his…
This week…..on 55….. We prepare for what is a very special week here at CSZ, our two year anniversary on Wednesday. We have went through highs and lows, team members and a little adversity. One thing that hasn’t changed is the core of this group and that we are awesome. We added rising star Daryl…
We threw out this question to see what the people thought, and the mixed responses made it worthwhile. If the Cards only win 1 game on December 28th, which would YOU rather see them win? The Battle for the Bluegrass against Kentucky? Or the Russell Athletic Bowl against Miami? Now of course, we would prefer…
Well Cardnation…the stage is set for Orlando and the Russell Athletic Bowl Committee is eager to have the Cards visit. No, it’s not the prestigious BCS bowl we had hoped for our returning Sugar Bowl champs but let’s consider the following. Look at the enemy; UCF ruined our chances of heading back to a BCS…
This fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars was apparently just fine with their losing ways to start the season, which had them looking like a lock for the #1 draft pick for next season. Since the Jags have won a few games and will likely not have the top pick, this guy has given up on…
